Megan's love for movement began as a young dancer. After 20 years of practicing and performing, her curiosity for exercise sparked as she learned more about the physical and mental benefits of low-impact workouts. Megan is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher + Certified Barre Teacher. As Megan continues her learning, she has a bigger passion to help others find a deeper connection through intuitive + functional movement.
Amanda is a Food Studies Master's student at NYU. She has spent her twenties working in education and the food industry. Amanda's goal is to guide communities near and far, especially low-income and communities of color, to connect and build pathways with the earth. She is passionate about cooking and creating food for all. Amanda is your go-to when it comes to food knowledge + tips.
